A COMPARATIVE STUDY OF LIPOTROPIC ACTIVITY OF GRAPE SEEDS POLYPHENOLIC EXTRACTS AND LIPOTROPIC AGENTS UNDER CARBON TETRACHLORIDE ACUTE TOXIC LIVER INJURY
A comparative study of lipotropic activity of «Cabernet» grape seeds polyphenolic extracts and lipotropic agents methionine and choline on the state of lipid metabolism, lipid peroxidation in liver and serum of rats under carbon tetrachloride acute toxic liver injury was conducted. It was found that the coadministration of methionine and polyphenol concentrate «Cabernet» demonstrated the most expressive lipotropic activity under carbon tetrachloride acute liver injury

EFFECT OF ADAPTOGENIC DRUGS ON THE STRUCTURAL AND FUNCTIONAL STATE OF RATS THYMUS IN IMMOBILIZATION STRESS
The results of studies of the effect of the new combined drug Polentar and classic adaptogen extract of eleutherococcus on the structural and functional state of rats thymus in chronic immobilization stress are presented. It is found that Polentar as comparator extract of eleutherococcus in conditions of chronic immobilization stress in rats reduced the signs of inhibition of lymphopoiesis. Accidental transformation of the thymus in animals treated with the Polentar and extract of eleutherococcus was not more than the first or second phase, which confirms their stresprotective action.

ASSESSMENT OF CARDIOPROTECTIVE ACTIVITY OF ELEUTHEROCOCCUS EXTRACT ON CARDIOMYOPATHY MODEL
Cardioprotective activity of adaptogen Eleutherococcus extract and referent agent containing succinic acid yantavit was established on the model of alcoholfurazolidon cardiomyopathy. Eleutherococcus extract prevents ischemic damage of myocardium in cardiomyopathy caused by the introduction of ethanol and furazolidone, showing cardioprotective effect on the level of comparative preparation yantavit. Cardioprotective effect of the Eleutherococcus extract and yantavit due to their ability to reduce the activity of cytolytic processes. Antioxidant mechanism is not leading for revealing of their cardioprotective actions.

RESEARCH of AMMONIUM SALTS of N(3METHYL7βMETHOXYETHYLXANTHYNIL8AMINOACETATE INFLUENCE ON RATS PHYSICAL CAPACITY
A study of ammonium salts of N (3methyl7 β –methoxyethylxanthynil)8aminoacetate influence on the capacity of rats in relation to the physical activities on the test of the force swimming with loading in a swimming pool is undertaken . It is set that compound 11 – 7 ammonium salt of ipropoxypropilammonium3methyl7βmethoxyethilxanthynil8aminoacetate promotes rats physical capacity and exceeds mildronat activity on 4 % .

THE EFFECT OF CREAM «MOMETASONE WITH CERAMIDES» ON MORPHOSTRUCTURES OF THE SKIN IN ALLERGIC DERMATITIS
Currently, in the treatment of dermatoses in paid much attention to the state of proliferation of the skin and restore its barrier function, that is the why use of agents that stimulate proliferation and restore skin structure, including ceramides is reasonable.
This article presents the results of the morphostructure of skin study under the influence of mometasone cream with ceramides in allergic contact dermatitis. It was found that the cream “mometasone with ceramides” suppresses the development of inflammatory reaction in the derma, prevents tissue destruction and decreases land damage in the skin, accelerates the epithelial proliferation and restores the structure of the skin. According to the effectivity this cream increases the therapeutic effect of cream «Elokom». Thus, the introduction of ceramides to the cream with mometasone furoate helps to normalize the skin structure that makes it appropriate in the treatment of allergic dermatitis.

EXPERIMENTAL STUDY HEPATOPROTECTIVE ACTIVITY POLYPHENOLIC EXTRACTS FROM AERIAL PARTS OF LOTUS CORNICULOTOS
For the correction of liver disease is widely used hepatoprotective herbal drugs containing bioflavonoids. The paper studied the hepatoprotective effect polyphenol extract «Locorin» on the model of acute liver injury. It is shown that in acute toxic hepatitis, which causes carbon tetrachloride extract «Locorin» showed hepatoprotective activity, as evidenced by the inhibition of lipid peroxidation due to both direct and indirect mechanisms, and membranestabilizing action.

PSYCHOTROPIC EFFECT OF CORVITIN AND LIPOFLAVON IN RATS WITH SEVERE CRANIOCERBRAL TRAUMA
The dosedependent influence of quercetin – watersoluble form (corvitin) and liposomal form (lipoflavon) – on the mental state of rats with the model of severe craniocerbral trauma according to the criteria of cognitive impairments, depression and anxiety has been studied. In the posttraumatic period the worsening of mental activity in the test of extrapolation deliverance and growth of depression is observed in the control pathology group and against the background of piracetam – the drug of comparison: lengthening of the time in the illuminated arms of the elevated plus maze and vegetative maintenance of emotional reactions. Corvitin at doses of 100150 mg/kg and lipoflavon at a dose of 370 mg/kg, and especially 555 mg/kg normalize all the studied parameters.

DETERMINATION OF THE EFFECTIVE DOSE AND RESEARCH OF THE HYPOGLYCEMIC ACTIVITY OF EXTRACTS OF THE LEAVES OF СORNELIAN CHERRY DOGWOOD
There were determined the effective dose of 70 % alcohol purified extract of the leaves of Cornelian cherry dogwood on the model of acute glycemia – 50 mg/kg and severe hypoglycemic activity, which shows in 2, 4 and 6 hours or more in 1.3, 1.5 and 1.6 times more than activity of the reference drug metformin.

DYNAMIC OF MARKERS OF INFLAMMATION UNDER INFLUENCE OF EXTRACT OF THLASPI ARVENSE IN EXPERIMENTAL RAT’S PROSTATITIS
Research of influence of thick extract Thláspi arvénse on general hematology and specific immunological inflammation’s markers in experimental turpentine’s prostatitis. Found that in animals with pathology model there is an increase of leukocytosis, erythrocyte sedimentation rate, Creactive protein, interleukin1β. The use of thick extract Thláspi arvénse dose of 100 mg / kg in the treatment mode for 13 days accompanied by depression content both the general hematology and specific immunological markers of inflammation in experimental animals.

THE INFLUENCE OF THE FLAROSUKTSIN ON URINARY BIOCHEMICAL PARAMETERS OF RATS AT THE CONDITIONS OF OXALATE NEPHROLITHIASIS DEVELOPMENT
The results of research of the influence of the medicine Flarosuktsin on biochemical indices of urine of rats in conditions of oxalate nephrolithiasis are presented in the acticle. It have been shown that oral administration of Flarosuktsin in a dose of 2,0 ml/kg enhances renal excretory function, increased daily excretion of creatinine, decrease a content of oxalate ions in urine and enzymeuria level, that indicating the expressed urolithic and nephroprotective activity of studied drug. The degree of the influence of Flarosuktsin on the majority of the investigated parameters was significantly superior than activity of the preparation of comparison Phytolysinum.

MORPHOLOGICAL STUDY OF QUINOCARB INFLUENCE ON DEVELOPMENT OF HEMODYNAMIC PULMONARY EDEMA IN RATS
National University of Pharmacy In papers data resulting from morphological study of influence of xinoline2carboxylic acid derivative which was convencionally called quinocarb on development of hemodynamic pulmonary edema in rats were presented. The tissue fragments taken operatively were examined during histological study. The respiratory part of rat’s lung tissue, state of small bronchus epithelium, alveolar septums and blood vessels were studied. The influence of examined quinocarb substance and referencepreparation hypotiazide were appraised halfquantitatively for morphological characteristics intensity of modeled pathology. It has been determined, that after injection of new substance effective dose, which presents 10 mg/kg, state of the lung tissue for the majority of rats was improving, that confirms the antiedema action, and also the rate of intensity was not inferior to the preparation compared with hypotiazide.

SUBSTANTIATION FOR THE SELECTION OF THE QUANTITATIVE DETERMINATION METHOD OF SODIUM BROMIDE ON THE BASIS OF ECONOMIC AND VALIDATION CHARACTERISTICS
The calculation of the economic characteristics of the quantitative determination methods of the sodium bromide in 1% solution of pharmacy preparation is represented in the article. Comparison of economic and validation characteristics namely uncertainty, accuracy, precision, time of analysis, and its total cost are carried out. Considering studied characteristics, argentometric methods by Mohr and Fajans are the most reasonable methods for application.

ELEMENTS CONTENT OF THE HERBAL ANTIALLERGIC COMPOSITION
Analyzed the elements content of the herbal antiallergic composition, its ingredients and the soil, which sample is selected from the medicinal plants habitat. Found 17 macro and micro elements in the composition and established the dependence of their quantitative content from the composition constituents.
