Biopharmaceutical researches of release of glycyrrhizin acid of liquorices’ extract from the children’s rectal suppositories with immunotropic action to ensure their optimal composition and predict the desired therapeutic effect are held. It is proved that the selected composition of emulsion suppository base provides a gradual, uniform, prolonged release of the active ingredient from the medicine.

It was investigated evaluation of treating chemical wounds in conditions of moist environment with using creams that consist ceramides. The results of study showed that creams “Ceramides” and “Dexpanthenol with ceramides” promote healing of necrotic wounds and reduce treatment time, in comparison to control pathology. Matching expression of therapeutic effect showed that healing, in group which was treated with cream “Dexpanthenol with ceramides”, was in 2 days faster than in groups which were treated with creams “Ceramides” and “Bepanten”. This addition ceramides to creams with dexpanthenol promoted increasing of expression of reparative properties of the latter, that confirms expediency of given combination. In treating wounds with creams “Dexpanthenol with ceramides”, also we observed the most normalization of biochemical inflammation markers, reduction of the level of peroxidation lipids and restoration of antioxidant protection in organism animals with the process of wound. Thus, further study of this creams is perspective to study the mechanism of influence on the processes of repair.

The influence of goutweed leaves pharmacologycal medicines and its biologically active substances on the course of liver ischemic-reperfusion injury in rats was carried out. The goutweed leaves extract, protein-polysaccharide complex and flavonoid trifolin have attenuated liver injury. They prevented lethality, counteracted cytolysis, normalized TNF-α plasma level as well as reference drug silibor. The goutweed tincture showed less hepatoprotective effect. The extract (1 g/kg) and trifolin (50 mg/kg) not only improved survival rate, normalized plasma aminotransferase activity and IL-4 level, but prevented increase of TNF-α, IL-1α, and 8-isoprostane plasma concentration. The extract (1 g/kg) shoved significant effect comparing to trifolin (50 mg/kg) on the soluble Fas-ligand content.

The article presents the results of the study of influence of the original recombinant receptors of antagonist IL-1 (ARIL-1) on apoptosis on the model of systemic steroid osteoarthritis (SSO) at rats. It is proved that the simulation demonstrates the role of SSO apoptosis of chondrocytes in the pathogenesis of degenerative lesions of the articular cartilage. Dexamethasone directs the balance of synthetic processes toward catabolism, contributes to degeneration of chondrocytes, induces apoptosis in their intensive and can be considered a reflection of pathological changes of articular cartilage during aging body. The use of ARIL-1 exhibits a positive effect on apoptosis in SSO, which proves important component in the mechanism of the anti-apoptotic effect of ARIL-1 on dystrophic changes cartilage. With the development of a model disease the drug inhibits proapoptoticeffect of dexamethasone, and not inferior to the level of the anti-apoptotic activity of reference drug glucosamine hydrochloride. The analysis of biochemical and morphological data complex against SSO suggests a high hondroprotective potential of ARIL-1.

In the model of acute hyperglycemia in rabbits 50 % ethanol-water extract of the leaves of Сornelian cherry dogwood shows more pronounced hypoglycemic activity than the 70 % alcohol purified extract and than the reference drug – metformin.

It was researched on rats that intraperitoneal LD50 of amino acid-containing derivatives of 1,4-naphthoquinone are 290-785 mg/kg. Thus these compounds are littletoxic and belong to the 4th class by Sidorova K.K. (1973) classification. The presence of arginine, aspartate, glutamate or tyrosine in the structure of 1,4-naphthoquinone derivatives do these compounds less toxic and presence of leucine or methionine do them more toxic.

A research of anabolic activity of hydrophilic herbal soybean extract (HHSE) on model of doxorubicin-induced catabolism in rats has been conducted. Experimentally it has been proven that treating and prophylactic administrating of HHSE in conditions of induced catabolism prevents the development of organic disorders in protein metabolism at the early stages of the disease. Its anabolic activity is revealed in maintenance of body and internal organs weight, less changes in the aspartate aminotransferase activity, creatine phosphokinase positive impact on renal function. The degree of therapeutic effect of HHSE is greater than the one of reference preparation riboxin (Inosine).

THE STUDY OF PHARMACOLOGICAL ACTIVITY OF DRUG COMPRISING HYDROPHOBIC BIOLOGICALLY ACTIVE COMPONENTS
The authors have studied a combined drug comprising hydrophobic components: lecithin, vitamin E, quercetin, chlorophyllipt. The acute toxicity of the drug and its effect on the gastric mucosa have been investigated in the study. It was found that the drug is practically non-toxic and prevents the formation of organic mucosal lesions of the gastrointestinal tract.

A STUDY OF THE COMPONENTS COMPOSITION OF ESSENTIAL OIL IN TUBERS DAHLIA NYMPHAEACEAE
Using method of Chromatography-mass spectrometry identified the components composition of essential oil in tubers Dahlia Nymphaeaceae. 24 compounds were found, 17 were identified, among which in a greater amount contained polyacetal, aldehydes and unsaturated alcohols.

A study of kinematic viscosity, surface tension and refractive index of aqueous solutions of hyaluronic acid and its sodium, zinc and copper salts has been carried out. It has been found that hyaluronic acid solution has a kinematic viscosity that is much greater than the solutions of its salts have, all substances studied, exhibit surface active properties, refractive index increases proportionally with increasing concentration of solutions.

The procedure of phenytoin quantitative analysis by the method of extraction photometry using rhodamine 6G allowed to determine phenytoin within the range from 10 mcg to 140 mcg in the sample has been developed. The relative uncertainty of mean result equals from ±6.15 to ±3.52 %.
