BIOLOGICAL RHYTHMS AS MARKERS OF THE GASTROINTESTINAL TRACT FUNCTION

Circadian (daily) rhythm in GIT activity provides the optimal organism’s function. Generally, motor and secretory activity of the GIT organs is higher in the active phase of the day (during the day time).  Physiological   rhythmicity is the significant indicator of the absence of the pathological processes in this system and in organism in general. In pathogenesis of the GIT organs’ diseases the disturbance of the normal rhythmicity parameters as well as formation of  desynchronosis occure – the state that accompanies all the diseases. An important role in prescribing medicines should be given to the rhythmic activity of the liver as to the main metabolic center of the organism. The significance of standards and also the ability to determine their violations (desynchronosis) is very important in optimization of gastroenterological diseases’ diagnostics and in development of efficient and safe regiments of chronotherapeutic treatment based on it.

Key words: gastrointestinal tract; cyclical change; vibration; rhythm; treatment.

THE JUSTIFICATION OF THE CREAM FOR THE THERAPY OF DERMATOLOGICAL DISEASES, COMPLICATED BY DEMODICOSIS

Antimicrobial activity of the cream was investigated depending on the concentration of the metronidazole and salicylic acid. The concentration of active pharmaceutical ingredients in the cream was justified on the basis of the results. It was experimentally found that the antimicrobial activity of test samples is dependent on the composition of a chosen substrate. A more complete drug release was observed for the gel and emulsion base of oil/water. The results were used in the development of the cream for the treatment of dermatological diseases, complicated by demodex.

Keywords: dermatological diseases, demodicosis, rosacea, microbiological researches.

INFLUENCE OF DERIVATES OF PHENYLANTHRANILIC ACID ON A SPONTANEOUS DIURESIS AND WATER-ELECTROLYTE BALANCE

Experimental research of influence of 8 first synthesized compounds in a row of phenylanthranilic acid derivates on a spontaneous diuresis and water-electrolyte balance has been conducted. Among the studied sodium salts of 5-N,N- diethyl sulfamoil -N- phenylanthranilic acid the most active compound proved to be the 2nd one, namely 4- chlorine -5-N,N- diethyl sulfamoyl – N -(4′- methyl) of phenylanthranilic acids, which increased diuresis by 121.7% and its action exceeds the effect of hydrochlorothiazide by 45.6%.

Key words: derivates of phenylanthranilic acid, hydrochlorothiazide, spontaneous diuresis, water-electrolyte balance.

INVESTIGATION ANTI-INFLAMMATORY PROPERTIES DIFFERENT GELS BASED ON THE LYSOZYME

The  research is dedicated to investigation of anti-inflammatory activity of samples of dental gel based on the lysozyme. These gels has different quantitative and qualitative composition.  In experiment was established that the highest anti-inflammatory activity shows the sample №2 (code name – “Lizostom”). Composition of gel: 0,3% lysozyme hydrochloride, hydroxyethylcellulose (GEC) 2,0%. “Lizostom” reduces expression edema of the hind paw of rats in 51,5% and exceeds in anti-inflammatory activity the comparator drug “Metrogyl Denta” in 26,7%.

Keywords: lysozyme hydrochloride, dental gel, anti-inflammatory activity.

THE RESEARCH OF ANTIHYPOXIC ACTIVITY OF 2‑METHYL-3‑PHENYLAMINOMETHYLQUINOLIN-4 OF THE PERSPECTIVE ANTIDEPRESSANT WITH NOOTROPIC PROPERTIES

The results of research determining antihypoxic action of 2-methyl-3-phenylaminomethylquinolin-4 which has also shown the antidepressant properties are revealed in this article. Antihypoxic activity was studied on the models of acute normobaric hypercapnic hypoxia, acute hypobaric hypoxia and acute hemic hypoxia. It has been stated that preventive introduction of investigated substance in dose of 100 mg/kg considerably increases the animal’s life span by 13.6% (which became obvious on the example with the normobaric hypercapnic hypoxia). The 3‑AMQ indexes of the other two hypoxic models did not differ significantly in comparison with the indexes of a control group.

Key words: 2-methyl-3-phenylaminomethylquinolin-4, antidepressants, antihypoxic activity, experimental hypoxia.

INDOLINOREN EFFECT ON THE EXPERIMENTAL ACUTE RENAL FAILURE

There are results of the study of impact of indolinoren on experimental acute renal failure on rats provided in this work. Was established that investigated substance indolinoren promotes diuresis and has protective properties on nefron, as evidenced by the reduction of proteinuria and preventing anuria.

Key words: indolinoren, acute renal failure, diuretic activity.

THE APPLICATION OF SORBEX IN CONDITIONS OFSIMULTANEOUS AFFECTION OF ANIMALS BY THE ISONIAZID, RIFAMPICIN AND HEXAVALENT CHROMIUM COMPOUNDS

In the researches on rats of different age groups were revealed that using of enterosorbent sorbex (150 mg/kg) had expressed decrease processes of free radical oxidation and oxidative modification of proteins in animals of an immature age and an old age compared to the affected rats. It contributed to the decrease of the permeability of cell membranes and endogenous intoxication in the affected organism.

Key words: free radical processes; endogenous intoxication; isoniazid; rifampicin; hexavalent chromium compounds; sorbex

EXPERIMENTAL SUBSTANTIATION OF A SAFETY OF A NEWSEDATIVE APIFITODRUG APISED”

Studied the safety of a new apiphytodrug capsules “Apised” by determining the LD50 in the study of acute toxicity. Found that after a single intrastomach administration to rats of both sexes capsules “Apised” in a dose of 5000 mg / kg, signs of intoxication and death of rats not have been reported. It is not possible to establish the LD50 dose, and shows that its value is far beyond the 5000 mg / kg. According to the toxicological classification capsules “Apised” with intrastomach administration are V toxicity class – practically non-toxic substances. Set new standards in the use apiphytodrug dose of 5000 mg / kg, which is almost 100 times the therapeutic (60 mg / kg), the capsules “Apised” have a high safety profile and wide range of use in medicine and are promising for the implementation of the medical and sports practice and production.

Key words: safety, herbal medicines, sports medicine, bee products, capsules “Apised”, the acute toxicity, the sedative effect.
